Invitation to participate in new study ‘Exploring the lived experiences of people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and sleep disturbance (Insomnia)’

Are you an adult living with emphysema or chronic bronchitis, otherwise known as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)?
Do you currently find it hard to sleep, lie awake at night, wake up several times during the night, still feel tired after waking up or, find it difficult to concentrate during the day because you are tired?
We, at the University of Lincoln, are looking to increase our understanding of sleep in people living with COPD.
To do this, we will be conducting telephone interviews and asking questions about your experience of sleep whilst living with COPD including any problems with sleeping or treatments you have tried to improve your sleep.
